We encourage our clients to book a complimentary cake tasting so they may evaluate our products first hand. At this meeting, it is helpful for the bride and groom to bring any pictures, ideas or concerns with them so these may be addressed and any questions can be answered to their fullest possible extent. It is also extremely important to bring a healthy appetite and open mind for new flavor combinations! Ideally, it is best to book an appointment at least 6 months before the date of your wedding, although we have worked with couples as close as two months before their wedding. Hours for appointments are extremely flexible and with day and evening appointments available during the week and weekend, we can easily accommodate your schedules.

Remember, this is YOUR day! Your friends, relatives and aquaintances may have already had their day, so this day is for you and what you and your groom have always envisioned as the perfect wedding. With your own personal tastes in mind, have an idea of what kind of cake flavors, fillings and frostings you and your groom would like to try at your cake tasting. These will be made fresh as all of our products are, just for you to try so that you will have a true example of how your cake will taste on your wedding day. When you make your appointment, your requests for choices will be taken.
