Our clients work directly with Pastry Chef/Owner, Victoria Kenyon, who thrives on challenges and is ready to take on the most ambitious of projects. She works one on one with clients to design and customize an order to every individual's unique sense of taste and style.

Starting her training in an authentic Italian bakery, Victoria Kenyon, has worked in the Pastry Arts field for over 18 years, becoming more enthusiastic and passionate about her craft with each passing year. She uses her formal education and natural creative streak to provide clients with one of a kind creations.

  • Graduate of Johnson and Wales University with an Associates Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, member of the Silver Key Society and active in the
    Johnson and Wales Cake Club.
  • Worked in some of Southern New England's top pastry shops, gourmet
    stores and casinos.
  • Has taught baking and pastry classes in southern Rhode Island and Connecticut.
  • Ms. Kenyon has continued to expand her knowledge of the pastry arts by further attendance of programs and classes that specialize in sugar work and artistry.
    She is inspired by nature with specialties that include marzipan figures and
    modeling, gum paste flowers, fresh flower designs and reproducing images
    from photos and/or invitations. Victoria is known for a warm, friendly style that
    creates a special rapport with her clients and keeps ToriaDolce on its course
    to provide each client with the cake or dessert they have always imagined!
