Friday's Flavor

Saigon Cinnamon Carrot Cake - a classic flavor and style that doesn't require any fuss and little or no extra ingredients that would take away from it's authentic appeal.

Made with pineapple Saigon cinnamon, and fresh shredded carrots. This cake can be made with or without walnuts and/or coconut.

Pair it with a lemon cream cheese buttercream or orange buttercream. For the truly adventurous, perhaps a caramel or butterscotch glaze with a hint of dark rum.
